RVS Academy celebrated Janmashtami with great zeal and pomp by the children from pre primary, in the presence of the Chairman of the school Mr. Binda Singh sir, the Principal, Mrs. Veesha Mohindra, the Vice Principal, Mrs. Anita Tiwary , teachers and students .
Children dressed up as Krishna and Radha during celebration of Janamashtami. The little Krishna and Radha looked adorable in their traditional costumes. The tiny tots also made stunning Peacock feather head-gears, decorated Matkis and flutes skillfully.
A special assembly was conducted to mark the birth of the deity. Devotional songs, skits and dances were presented by the students on this occasion and the entire area was transformed into a land of joy, celebrations and happiness. The celebration was devotional and mesmerizing.The happy faces of our children made the festival even happier.
The Chairman of the school while addressing the kids spoke about the importance of the day and various aspects of Krishna’s youthful days. The Principal of the school blessed and appreciated all the students on this auspicious day and were thrilled to see the enthusiasm and participation of our little ones.
