A special programme was organized on 18 June 2026 at RVS Academy, Dimna Road, to observe Rani Lakshmibai Balidan Diwas and pay tribute to the legendary freedom fighter.
The programme was attended by Honourable Chairman Mr. Binda Singh, Principal Mrs. Veesha Mohindra, Vice Principal Mrs. Puja Suman, teachers, and students. The students presented a melodious song, an inspiring poem, and an eloquent speech highlighting the life, bravery, and sacrifices of Rani Lakshmibai.
Addressing the gathering, Honourable Chairman Mr. Binda Singh encouraged students to draw inspiration from the courage, patriotism, leadership, and unwavering determination of the great Veerangna and to imbibe these values in their own lives.
Principal Mrs. Veesha Mohindra spoke about the remarkable life and supreme sacrifice of Rani Lakshmibai, emphasizing that she dedicated herself to protecting the nation’s honour, dignity, and self-respect. She urged the students to be brave, fearless, and responsible, and to perform their duties with sincerity and commitment.
The programme concluded with the rendition of the School Song, followed by the National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with a sense of patriotism and pride.
