Admission procedure during Lockdown
Step 1: Admission form submission:
It is mandatory for all the interested students to submit the online Admission Form or a hardcopy in the school office. Timing 8a.m to 11a.m.
1. Nursery to Std III – Direct admission on the basis of the previous school report card.
Note: The report card produced by the student will be verified with the previous school.
2. Std IV to VIII – Apply online. Students shall be notified regarding the admission test.
3. Std XI – Provisional Admission
a. Students of RVSA – shall be admitted on the selection list criteria basis after the Pre-Boards. The list shall be shared on the notice board as well as online on the website.
Once the ICSE results are out, a student will be eligible to change the stream on the basis of Marks secured in the desired subjects.
b. Students of other schools – Those who have already taken the admission test will be admitted on the basis of their results.
Those who have not taken the Admission test, should apply online.
Step2: Acceptance of admission:
Parents may send the Report Card via Email. On approval, the school office will share the Admission procedure and Account details through whatsapp.
Step 3: Payment of fees:
Once the above steps are satisfactorily completed parents will receive an admission offer and may pay the applicable fees online to confirm admission.

Admission Forms are generally given for Nursery and K.G. classes every year in the month of October/ November. Notification in this regard is displayed on school notice board. For admission in the higher classes, separate notification is issued after identification of vacant seats. Only those who qualify in the entrance test are admitted in the school.
Admission forms for STD XI are given in the month of November / December to the students studying in ICSE schools. Students studying in other than ICSE board are given forms only after the Eligibility Certificate issued from the Council after the approval of their mark sheet of STD X.
Also, the parents have the facility to get the details of the admission through the school’s website. Admission Forms may be downloaded, print – outs taken and payment of the same be made at the school counter at the time of submission of filled – in – forms.
As per the RTE Act the school gives admission to 25% of the intake of students belonging to BPL (Below Poverty Line) and socially disadvantaged section, at the entry level (Nursery).
The age limits being as follows:
Nursery: Between 3 – 3 ½ years, (on March 31st 2020)
L.K.G.: Between 3 ½ – 4 ½ years (On March 31st 2020)
U.KG: Between 4 ½ – 5 ½ years (On March 31st, 2020)
