There comes a time in our life when we have to say goodbye to someone, then we feel very sad. Similarly, when we welcome a new person, then hopes arise in our mind. These expectations make us hopeful about the future.
15 January 2022, Saturday, in RVS Academy Emotional moments of union and separation were seen together. The occasion was the farewell of former Principal Smt. Mitali Roy Chowdhury and welcome of newly appointed Principal Smt. Veesha Mohindra.
First of all, Teacher Coordinator Mrs. Shweta Thapar welcomed everyone. After that the Chairman of the school Mr. Binda Singh, Vice-Principal Mrs. Veesha Mohindra, teachers in-charge and coordinators lit the lamp together. After this Smt. Shweta Thapar invited Chairman Shri Binda Singh ji to Dias for the speech. Shri Binda Singh ji described the role of Mitali Ma’am very important in the development of the school .The school family bid farewell to their former principal with tearful eyes.
After this, Chairman Shri Binda Singh ji announced the appointment of Smt. Veesha Mohindra ji as Principal and presented her with a bouquet of flowers as a mark of respect. The Chairman Sir congratulated Mrs. Veesha Mohindra for taking over as the Principal and expressed hope that the school would grow to newer heights under her leadership. Along with this, the Chairman Sir also announced the name of the Vice Principal. Smt. Anita Tiwari, who is the teacher in-charge and discipline in-charge of the school, was given the charge of the vice principal. She was also honored and congratulated by the Chairman Sir with a bouquet of flowers.
The newly appointed Principal Mrs. Veesha Mohindra in her brief statement thanked everyone and assured her best efforts and talked about taking the school forward on the path of development. Teacher Representative and Founder Teacher, Smt. Prabha Das congratulated Principal, Veesha Ma’am and Vice-Principal Anita Tiwari on behalf of the Teaching Faculty and assured full cooperation to both of them. At the end of the program the newly appointed Vice Principal Smt. Anita Tiwari proposed vote of thanks. After that the program ended with school song and national anthem.
