A Mother’s Day Celebration dedicated to motherhood, love, and affection was organized with great enthusiasm at RVS Academy, Dimna Road. The programme commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the school manager, Mr. Binda Singh, followed by a soulful Ganesh Vandana that created a devotional atmosphere in the auditorium.
On this occasion, Mr. Binda Singh expressed his respect and gratitude towards mothers and extended heartfelt wishes to all the mothers present. He stated that the bond between a mother and child is the purest, strongest, and most beautiful relationship in the world.
Students of Nursery, LKG, and UKG, along with their mothers, actively participated in the celebration. The audience thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant on-stage events, which included “Lift a Balloon & Make a Castle with Cups,” “Keep the Bottle in the Ring,” “Penguin Nose Painting,” and “Mother-Child Duo Dance.” The enthusiasm, coordination, and joyful participation of both mothers and children made the programme lively and memorable.
The off-stage competitions also witnessed enthusiastic participation from the mothers. Events such as Cooking Without Fire, Best Out of Waste, and Rangoli Making provided an excellent platform for creativity and talent display. The entire event was filled with fun, excitement, laughter, and emotional bonding.
The Principal of the school, Mrs. Veesha Mohindra, extended her warm wishes to all the mothers and shared that a mother is not only the foundation of a family but also the greatest source of love, values, and inspiration in a child’s life. She appreciated the active participation of all mothers and children and concluded the programme with a heartfelt vote of thanks.
The programme was also graced by the presence of Vice-Principal Mrs. Pooja Suman, teachers, and parents. The celebration left everyone with beautiful memories of love, respect, and togetherness.
