A week-long Summer Camp was successfully organized at RVS Academy. The camp was held from 11th May 2026 to 15th May 2026, with enthusiastic participation from a total of 412 students from Classes 1 to 8.
The Summer Camp was organized with the objective of promoting the overall development, creativity, self-confidence, and team spirit among students. Each day began with a morning assembly, followed by various sports and creative activities for the students.
For students of Classes 1 to 5, fun-filled activities such as Running Race, Lemon and Spoon Race, Passing the Ball, Sack Race, Balloon Balance, Ring Toss, Hula Hoop Race, Relay Race, Duck Walk Race, Musical Freeze Game, and Treasure Hunt were conducted. Meanwhile, students of Classes 6 to 8 actively participated in Basketball, Kho-Kho, Football, Relay Race, Dodgeball, Athletics Sprint, Volleyball, Cricket, Throw Ball, and Mini Tournaments.
In addition, activities like Calligraphy, Storytelling, Quiz, Computer Coding, Cooking Without Fire, Best Out of Waste, Art and Craft, Dance and Zumba, Singing, and Band activities provided students with opportunities to showcase and enhance their talents.
The Chairman of the school, Binda Singh, stated that such summer camps play an important role in the physical, mental, and creative development of students. He added that these activities help in developing confidence, discipline, leadership qualities, and team spirit among children. Appreciating the enthusiastic participation of the students, he congratulated the school family and teachers for the successful organization of the camp.
The Principal of the school, Veesha Mohindra, described the Summer Camp as highly successful and said that the children participated in all activities with great enthusiasm, discipline, and joy. She further stated that such activities play a significant role in the personality development of students and provide them with opportunities to nurture their talents. She also expressed gratitude to the teachers, parents, and all members of the organizing committee for their support in making the Summer Camp a grand success.
