Teachers Day celebrated at R.V.S Academy

Theacher’s Day was celebrated at R.V.S Academy, Mango, JSR. On 5th September, 2016 with pomp and show. The day began with the ‘ Tilak Ceremony” of the teachers and a general welcome by the anchors ‘ Abhishek Singh and Shreya Shekhar of XI C.
The lighting of the Ceremonial lamp and a “Guru Vandana’ at the background to show respect to the earth bound deities. A Welcome speech and song dedicated to the respective teachers was followed by a speech by Abhilasha of XI A.
The Ceremony was marked by an ‘ Indo- western dance’ and a song sung by Harsh Katyan and N. Shailja. A few games conducted by the students to entertain the teachers was an essential part of the celebration.
Finally, the programme came to an end with the vote of thanks by ‘Swati’ of XIC followed by the school anthem and then by the National Anthem.
