RVS Academy proudly observed Kargil Vijay Diwas on 27th July 2026 through a Special Assembly to honour the courage, sacrifice and patriotism of the brave soldiers who secured India’s victory in the Kargil War of 1999.
The programme was attended by Honourable Chairman Mr. Binda Singh, Principal Mrs. Veesha Mohindra, Vice-Principal Mrs. Puja Suman, teachers and students. The programme began with the Thought of the Day, followed by an inspiring speech highlighting the importance of patriotism, unity and gratitude towards our armed forces. Students presented a patriotic skit, a dance performance and a patriotic song, paying heartfelt tribute to the martyrs.
Addressing the gathering, Honourable Chairman Mr. Binda Singh encouraged the students to respect the sacrifices of our brave soldiers and to uphold the values of courage, discipline and national unity.
Principal Mrs. Veesha Mohindra urged students to always remember that true patriotism is reflected not only in words but also in our daily actions. She encouraged each one of them to dream big, work with dedication and always uphold the values of unity, integrity and compassion.
The programme concluded with the rendition of the School Song, followed by the National Anthem, leaving everyone with a renewed sense of gratitude and pride for the brave defenders of our nation.
