Jamshedpur, July 21: Amid cheers, music and an infectious spirit of celebration, R.V.S. Academy ushered in its newest batch of students with a spectacular Freshers’ Day Celebration on Tuesday. The event, marked by elegance, vibrant performances and heartfelt camaraderie, offered the freshers a memorable welcome into the R.V.S. family.
The programme was graced by the presence of the Chairman, Mr. Binda Singh, Member of Executive Committee Mr Shakti Singh, Principal Mrs. Veesha Mohindra, Vice Principal Mrs. Puja Suman, coordinators, faculty members, judges and enthusiastic students. The celebration commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the beginning of a new academic journey filled with hope, learning and achievement.
Setting the tone for the occasion, Ms. Amrita Gupta delivered the welcome address, reaffirming the institution’s enduring values of discipline, integrity, excellence, compassion and respect. She encouraged the freshers to make the most of every opportunity while upholding the ideals that define R.V.S. Academy.
The auditorium soon came alive with a captivating cultural extravaganza presented by the senior students. Colorful dance performances, soulful musical renditions and lively stage presentations kept the audience thoroughly entertained, creating an atmosphere of joy and celebration.
The highlight of the event was the much-awaited Ramp Walk, where the freshers confidently showcased their personality, poise and elegance. The audience responded with thunderous applause as the participants walked the ramp with remarkable confidence and flair.
The competition was adjudged by Mrs. Ritika and Mrs. Arimita, who applauded the participants for their confidence, creativity and stage presence. Winners and participants were felicitated with attractive gifts, making the occasion even more memorable.
Addressing the gathering, Principal Mrs. Veesha Mohindra said, “Freshers’ Day marks the beginning of a beautiful journey. At R.V.S.
