Admission Procedure

Step 1: Admission  Form is Available for the  Session 2026-2027,
 i)  School website www.rvsacademy.com
ii)  School Office.  Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 11:00 am)
Step 2: Admission form submission: Wednesday 8^th October to Thursday 16^th October, 2025. (TIME – 8:00 am to 11:00 am on working day at School Office).
       It is mandatory for all the interested students to submit the online Admission Form or a hard copy in the school office.              Timing 8:30 am to 11:30 am (Monday to Saturday).
Step 3: Admission Criteria:

1. Nursery – Direct admission based on lottery.
2. LKG to Std I – Admission on the basis of the previous school’s  report card.
3. Std II to  IX – Admission test clearance.
4. Std XI – Admission test clearance.

Step 4: Acceptance of admission:

Parents may attach the report card with online admission form or hard copy. On approval, the school office will intimate the Admission procedure to successful candidates.

Step 5: Payment of fees:

Once the above steps are satisfactorily completed, parents will receive an admission offer and may pay the applicable fees online to confirm admission.

Nursery: Between 3 to 3½ yrs. as on 31^st March 2026

L.KG: Between 3½  to   4½ yrs. as on 31^st March 2026

U.KG: Between 4½  to 5½ yrs. as on 31^st March 2026

1. Xerox Copy of Birth Certificate issued by Notified Area Committee.
2. Two Current passport size photographs of the student.
3. Submit 1^st term Report Card along with the Admission Form.(For UKG to Std IX)
