The Biology students of Std. 12 (Science Stream) of RVS Academy visited MGM Medical College on Thursday, 4th December 2025, as part of an academic enrichment programme designed to provide real-world exposure to medical sciences.
The students visited the Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology, and Microbiology departments. The visit offered them an opportunity to observe modern laboratory facilities, understand clinical procedures, and interact with medical professionals. Faculties at MGM Medical College explained various diagnostic techniques, demonstrated equipment, and clarified students’ queries related to anatomy, physiology, and medical research.
Chairman Mr. Binda Singh appreciated this initiative and said, “Experiential learning is the strongest bridge between classroom knowledge and real-life understanding. Such visits inspire students to dream bigger and pursue excellence in their chosen fields.”
Principal Mrs. Veesha Mohindra expressed her satisfaction with the programme, stating, “This visit has been a valuable academic exposure for our students. Connecting theory with practical learning not only enhances understanding but also motivates students to explore diverse career opportunities in the medical and allied sciences.”
The students made the most of this visit. This educational experience will help them relate theoretical concepts to practical applications, offering valuable insights into potential career pathways in medicine, biotechnology, and related fields.
The programme concluded successfully, enriching students with hands-on knowledge and motivating many towards pursuing careers in medical and allied sciences. The school looks forward to organising more such meaningful learning opportunities to broaden students’ horizons
